Your expertise in retail and POS systems will be instrumental in strengthening our market presence and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibility
- Onboard and manage a network of resellers to drive sales growth in the retail and POS systems sector.
- Expand service points and ensure optimal coverage across key locations in Bali.
- Execute targeted sales campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Provide training and support to resellers to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or POS systems industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and business development.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
