Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned products or territories.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Ensure the cleanliness and professional presentation of sales areas and workspaces.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferably in consumer products).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales management software is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
