Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients to expand market reach.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Suzuka Oil’s premium lubricants.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and trade events.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry standards, and technical specifications to address client inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, lubricants, or industrial products sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation are advantageous.
