Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research to expand the company’s customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and negotiate logistics solutions tailored to client needs, including freight, warehousing, and supply chain services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and persistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position Seaquest Logistics as a leader in the field.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
