Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present and negotiate logistics solutions tailored to client needs, including freight, warehousing, and supply chain services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and persistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position Seaquest Logistics as a leader in the field.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
