Responsibility
- Provide safe, punctual, and professional chauffeur services to clients, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality when transporting VIPs, executives, and high-profile individuals.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrivals.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the car is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
- Assist clients with luggage, doors, and other needs, demonstrating exceptional customer service at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing the well-being of passengers and pedestrians.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
- Handle unexpected situations, such as route changes or delays, with professionalism and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a chauffeur or executive transport role.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Impeccable customer service skills with a polite, professional, and discreet demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicles and basic maintenance checks is an advantage.
