Responsibility
- Operate a 24ft lorry for daily deliveries and warehouse transfers in compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations, including client sites and internal warehouses.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to verify mechanical soundness and report any issues immediately.
- Safely load, unload, and secure cargo using proper techniques to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.
- Adhere to company policies and local traffic laws to ensure safe and legal operations at all times.
- Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory checks and organizing storage areas when required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 4 driver’s license with a clean driving record (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy vehicles (lorries/trucks) in logistics or delivery roles.
- Familiarity with Bali’s road networks, particularly in Badung and surrounding areas (preferred).
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting for lorries.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and work in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight delivery schedules.
- Basic English communication skills for coordination with team members and clients.
- Commitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practices.
