Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the ICT, retail, hospitality, and service sectors in Bali.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor POS systems, hardware, and software solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, IT managers, and procurement teams.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our ICT solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to retain clients and drive repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ICT and POS space.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ICT, technology solutions, or POS systems.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software solutions, including POS systems, payment gateways, and integrated business tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business landscape is highly advantageous.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to travel within Bali for client meetings and site visits as required.
