Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for gadget accessories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the tech accessories sector.
  • Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients through in-person meetings, trade shows, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions, bundles, and campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product availability.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, or gadget accessories.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the tech accessories market and current industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or events.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
