Responsibility

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of chargers, headsets, mice, keyboards, and other accessories.

  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics, gadget accessories, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Deep understanding of gadget accessories, including technical specifications and use cases for products like chargers, headsets, and peripherals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
