Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for fine chemical products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships in the chemical industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, R&D, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Represent KLK OLEO at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fine chemicals, oleochemicals, or specialty chemicals industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, their applications, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
