Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client financial needs and recommend tailored solutions that drive value.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position Talent First as a market leader.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in financial services, B2B, or consultative selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client needs analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
