Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s F&B product portfolio in Bali.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including supermarkets, hotels, and distributors, to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its key players in the F&B sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
