Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, e-commerce).
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of logistics services (air/sea freight, warehousing, last-mile delivery) and regional market dynamics.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Bali and other key markets as required.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
