Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Identify, engage, and convert new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales approaches.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
