As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our high-quality cotton fabrics to a diverse clientele, including fashion designers, garment manufacturers, and retail businesses. We offer a competitive base salary of IDR 4,000,000 – 5,000,000 per month, complemented by attractive sales incentives and commissions based on performance. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for cotton fabric products in the Bali market.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including fashion designers, garment manufacturers, and retail businesses, to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Bali’s textile sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, product presentations, and exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile, fashion, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of cotton fabrics, garment manufacturing, or related products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
