Responsibility
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territories.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sell-out and distribution reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions and campaigns that drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

- Familiarity with the Bali market is a plus.
