Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored Konica Minolta solutions.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and ROI to key decision-makers through compelling pitches and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical support, and operations) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to position Konica Minolta as a market leader.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in technology, office equipment, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with document management, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
