Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base in the Bali region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and business landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
