Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence in Bali.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building systems, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
