Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for alcohol and non-alcohol products in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, bars, restaurants, and retail outlets, to drive product adoption and repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity, identify new business opportunities, and gather customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and in-store activations to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact.
- Monitor inventory levels at client locations and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product deliveries and stock availability.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market insights, and performance analyses to management, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, F&B, or hospitality industry, preferably with alcohol or non-alcohol products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality and retail landscape, including key players in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to travel extensively within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential; additional languages are a plus.
