Responsibility
- Promote and sell AIS automotive products to dealers and clients in Bali.
- Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to maximize market penetration.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
