Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors in Bali.
- Conduct technical consultations with clients to understand project requirements and propose tailored metal solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client needs are met.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, site visits, and performance reviews to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the construction, metals, or building materials industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of metal products, structural design, and construction methodologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
