Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Travel to client sites across Bali and other regions to provide on-site support and technical consultations.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and reports to support the sales process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive products to position our solutions effectively.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Valid SIM A driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
