Responsibility

  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients, clearly articulating features and benefits.
  • Understand customer technical requirements, challenges, and business objectives to propose appropriate solutions from PT Sabindo Retech's portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or Pre-Sales role, preferably within the technology or engineering sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and explain complex products/solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at various levels.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
