Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and project requirements.
- Develop customized design concepts, including 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and material selections.
- Present design proposals and sales pitches to clients, highlighting value and uniqueness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., architects, contractors) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry best practices to offer innovative solutions.
- Provide post-sales support, including revisions and client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and project progress in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, design consulting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or 3D Max.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- Familiarity with local (Bali/Indonesia) design trends and vendor networks is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
