Responsibility
- Coordinate sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Liaise between sales teams, production departments, and clients to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage inventory levels and work closely with procurement to align supply with demand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, contracts, and sales agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor order fulfillment and shipping schedules, proactively addressing delays or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, inventory management, or supply chain logistics is a plus.
