Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing from initial inquiry to delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our biotechnology products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the sales landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales-related activities.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including contract preparation, documentation, and follow-ups to streamline operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based in the region) and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
