Responsibility
- Coordinate daily sales activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and facilitating issue resolution.
- Liaise effectively between the sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Monitor sales targets and update internal dashboards to provide management with performance insights.
- Manage customer databases and ensure all contact information and history are kept up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for weekly team meetings.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
