Responsibility

  • Coordinate and execute post-sales fulfillment processes for all client accounts.
  • Plan and maintain a rigorous delivery schedule for advertising assets and media placements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery and account queries.
  • Liaise with internal production, design, and finance teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Generate and manage sales reports, ensuring data accuracy in our CRM system.
  • Monitor campaign timelines and proactively resolve potential bottlenecks.
  • Ensure all internal stakeholders and clients are updated on project status milestones.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer success.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
