Responsibility
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including digital marketing, referrals, and networking events
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other key Bali locations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals, contracts, and documentation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies for different property developments
- Stay updated on Bali's real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent performance and client follow-ups
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of Bali's property market and local regulations is highly advantageous
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between project sites in Bali
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
