Responsibility
- Manage and track real estate leads using CRM systems to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate and schedule Zoom calls, virtual tours, and client meetings with precision and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, email correspondence, and data entry.
- Maintain and update property listings, client databases, and transaction records in the CRM.
- Assist with marketing tasks, such as social media management, email campaigns, and content creation for real estate promotions.
- Handle client inquiries, provide property information, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support team decision-making.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Real Estate Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and real estate tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other collaboration tools.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in data management and client communications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) with a reliable internet connection.
