Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s luxury aesthetic market.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients (clinics, spas, dermatologists) to assess needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics sectors.
- Organize and lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to showcase the benefits of our technology.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials for local and regional markets.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in Bali.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty, medical aesthetics, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of skincare, cosmetic treatments, or aesthetic technology (training provided for specific products).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, etc.) and occasionally to Jakarta.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
