Responsibility
- Conduct field sales visits to businesses in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to promote paper products.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including retailers, offices, and corporate accounts.
- Present product catalogs, samples, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales strategies.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, canvassing, or business development (paper industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Baliâs business landscape and local market dynamics.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, CRM tools) for reporting.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driverâs license.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
