As the Sales Brand Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, distributors, and wholesale partners while identifying and capitalizing on emerging business opportunities. Based in Baliâs most sought-after locationsâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badungâyouâll collaborate with a global team to execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and key accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Baliâs retail, fitness, and e-commerce sectors.
- Negotiate and close contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with brand campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to retain and expand client accounts.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the sports, apparel, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and market research.
