Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track KPIs to ensure campaign success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agencies, and stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
- Create and optimize brand messaging and positioning across all channels (website, social, print, etc.).
- Monitor performance metrics and present data-driven reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record in strategy and execution.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, Google Analytics, CRM tools).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring junior marketers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market or tourism/hospitality industry is a plus.
