Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
- Analyze digital marketing performance across multiple channels and provide data-driven recommendations
- Create and present regular reports on KPIs, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders
- Implement and maintain tracking systems for website and campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing and provide insights to optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine strategies based on data insights
- Monitor and report on healthcare industry trends and competitive analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in healthcare or tech industries
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and visualization tools
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager)
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work evening shifts to align with US time zones
