Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute data-driven digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and high-value segments for targeted outreach.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI, making real-time adjustments for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with brand messaging.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to refine ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective allocation while meeting business objectives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising (PPC, social media ads, display networks).
- Proven track record of successful campaign management with measurable results in lead generation, conversions, or brand growth.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and other marketing automation tools (e.g., SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for crafting persuasive ad copy.
- Experience with CRM systems, tag management (GTM), and pixel tracking for performance measurement.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
