Responsibility

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring seamless customer data management and personalized communication strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, CRM, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns and email marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and customer engagement.
  • Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus.
