Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces to suit their home needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales and meet store targets.
- Perform manual handling tasks, including the lifting, moving, and organizing of furniture inventory.
- Conduct assembly of display units and furniture items with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized showroom floor at all times.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment processes.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven experience in retail, furniture sales, or a similar physical-demanding role is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to lift and assemble furniture components safely.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by mall operations.
- Basic knowledge of tools for simple furniture assembly is highly preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
