Based in our flagship store in Canggu - the heart of Bali's active lifestyle scene - you'll engage with a diverse clientele of local athletes, expatriates, and international visitors. Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selection based on their athletic needs and preferences
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications of our premium sporting brands
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines to create an appealing shopping environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, receiving shipments, and conducting regular stock takes
- Participate in store events, promotions, and community engagement activities to build brand awareness
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in sports apparel or related industries
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Passionate about sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle with knowledge of various athletic activities
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to sales
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or sports-related fields is advantageous
