Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Drive sales performance by motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Train, develop, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.
- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the retail industry.
