Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on LâOccitaneâs product range.
- Conduct personalized beauty consultations to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked retail space, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and promotions, to provide accurate information.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing inventory, and reconciling daily sales.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with LâOccitaneâs brand values.
- Assist in store operations, such as stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications
