Responsibility
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers, retailers, and internal teams to ensure seamless product distribution.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust pricing/promotions to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare detailed reports using advanced Excel functions to track KPIs and ROI.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align merchandising plans with brand campaigns.
- Train and mentor junior staff on merchandising best practices and tools.
- Ensure compliance with retail standards and company policies across all locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in merchandising, retail management, or FMCG sectors.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Filipino (written and verbal).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in multicultural environments or international markets.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali and other regions as needed.
