Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including product displays and inventory presentation.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and restocking merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., POS systems, inventory software) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
