Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on New Era products.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising, product displays, and inventory organization.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, receiving shipments, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and the New Era brand.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales training is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
