Responsibility
- Greet and engage customers professionally to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Identify customer needs and provide expert product recommendations and feature explanations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain optimal stock levels on the sales floor and assist in regular inventory audits.
- Create visually appealing merchandise displays to boost product visibility.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino/local dialect.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Proven ability to work well within a team and handle multi-tasking effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for transaction processing.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
