Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge about Crocs footwear and accessories
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well-presented
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive foot traffic and sales
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for POS operations
- Passion for fashion and footwear trends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
