Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer expert advice on footwear products, including fit, style, and care, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with current promotions, sales, and new product arrivals to effectively communicate these to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets its goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for fashion and footwear with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
