Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Bali.
- Promote and sell the bank's financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the branch team to organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on the bank's products, policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and nearby regions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
