Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, sizing, and styling advice tailored to their needs.
- Drive sales by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending Rockfish Weatherwear’s latest collections.
- Maintain a visually appealing store layout, including merchandising displays, stock replenishment, and inventory organization.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and digital payments, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, materials, and seasonal trends, to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets while upholding brand standards.
- Assist in store operations, such as opening/closing procedures, stock takes, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute ideas to enhance the in-store experience and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, fashion, or customer service roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building customer relationships.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Fashion-savvy with a keen eye for trends and an understanding of high-quality apparel.
- Basic math and POS system skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in luxury or outdoor apparel brands is an advantage.
